YOTA’s Board of Directors comprises accomplished and forward-thinking leaders who serve as the organisation’s highest governance and decision-making body, providing strategic oversight, policy direction, and fiduciary stewardship in pursuit of YOTA’s mission.

The Board reflects a deliberate balance of demographic, gender, socio-economic, and religious diversity, reinforcing YOTA’s commitment to inclusive development and the principle of leaving no one behind in youth transformation efforts. Notably, approximately 80 per cent of Board members are young achievers under the age of 35, underscoring YOTA’s credibility and legitimacy as a genuinely youth-led organisation grounded in intergenerational leadership and accountability.
